The team you'll be part of
The Customer Experience organization provides a common interface to customers including account and relationship management, acting as the voice of the customer internally and creating demand across our business groups. While bringing deep understanding of local markets for our customer, the CX organization ensures strong alignment between sales and delivery teams.
In customer experience organization, you will be part of Global sales support – Mobile networks Product team providing pre-sales support to front end customer teams in various markets. The MN team is working on cutting edge technologies including 4G, 5G & ORAN at both product and solutions level. The team with set of experienced technical professionals is responsible for interfacing with customer teams in all markets and Product Line management in parallel to ensure best in class pre-sales and tendering support.
What you will learn and contribute to
We are looking for a MW Team Lead for global support. As part of the team, you will:

  • Provide Mircowave portfolio management at GSS (global Sales Support) with Nokia wide microwave portfolio & influence solution approach in bid response.

  • Interfacing and relationship management with mobile networks product portfolio team and market customer teams.

  • Technical consultancy / answering during bid preparation & regular competence development of bid team members.

  • New product enabling and support to preparation team for competence gap analysis and provide support to fill these gaps

  • Responsible for quality and bid process adherence with support for internal audits, ISO compliance and quality process updates.

  • Able to build and manage peer network in the different business units including product line units.

Your skills and experience
You have:
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering with 15+ years of experience on the Microwave technologies including Radio Transport with sound understanding of basic transport fundamentals.

  • Prior experience in line management and business leadership skills. Understanding of pre-sales with knowledge on tendering activities including project and bid management skills.

  • Flexibility and Willingness to contribute with creative, out-of-the-box solutions, to problems arising in a dynamic environment, under high market pressure.

  • Willingness to work across time zones and communities/cultures

  • Proven leadership qualities and business ownership with strong interpersonal skills including time management & assertiveness.

  • Master’s degree
