For our Technical Systems department, we are looking for a Head of Maintenance Module (MM). The MM team is responsible to deliver Reliability Centered Maintenance and Lowest Replaceable Unit analysis to SGRE turbine development projects, as well as performing analysis of historical data of field tasks and using predictive models to optimize maintenance plans. Furthermore, the Maintenance Module defines and develops standardized IT system tools and processes that enable next-generation maintenance concepts for SGRE, along with continuous optimization of maintenance plans for the legacy fleet.How to contribute to our vision As the Head of the Maintenance Module you will: Lead a department of 30+ individuals with several team leads reporting directly to the position. Coach and develop the team leads as well as drive talent development of coming leaders. Ensure timely support to other SGRE departments and critical deliveries in New Platform Development projects. Drive maintenance cost out measures across all SGRE regions and close cooperation with the Operations departments. Take ownership of Service Strategic projects that will enable advanced maintenance concepts such as condition based- and predictive service concepts. Have full leadership and budget responsibility of your department. What you need to make a difference You are an accomplished leader with a passion for practicing modern leadership and development of your employees. Solid industrial experience from aerospace, automotive, oil&gas or equivalent. Insight/experience in Industry Maintenance concepts is an advantage, but not a requirement. You are highly energetic with a can-do attitude and a desire to create and develop. Good interpersonal skills and experience in working with people from different cultures Excellent stakeholder management skills Self-drivenwith a global mindset In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
