This role involves strategic workforce planning, ensuring compliance with employment laws, managing HR personnel, and developing organizational culture that aligns with the strategic goals of the company. Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues. 2. Recruitment and Staffing: Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure the attraction, hiring, and retention of the best talent. Oversee onboarding processes to integrate new employees effectively. 3. Performance Management: Design systems for performance appraisal, employee development, and succession planning. Ensure high performance and accountability throughout the organization. 4. Training and Development: Assess training needs and design development programs to provide employees with necessary skills and knowledge. 5. Compensation and Benefits: Oversee compensation programs to ensure regulatory compliance and competitive salary benchmarks. Manage benefits programs such as insurance, retirement plans, etc. 6. Legal Compliance: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulatory requirements and HR best practices. 7. Employee Relations: Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances; promote employee health and well-being. 8. HR Metrics and Reporting: Utilize HR metrics and system tools to generate reports for decision-making and to improve the overall operation and effectiveness of the organization. 9. New Systems Implementation: Lead the selection and implementation of new HR systems and technologies to enhance department efficiency and employee satisfaction. 10. Team Management: Lead and direct the HR team to deliver a comprehensive HR service to the business. Qualifications: - Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree preferred. - Significant HR management experience, preferably in a leadership role. - Strong understanding of employment law, compensation, organizational planning, organization development, employee relations, safety, and training. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proven leadership and conflict management skills.
