Head of finance and accounts takes care of Finance & Accounts for two legal entities directly reporting to the CFO
Heavy on Accounting, audit, controlling, and tax
The Successful Applicant
- CA with 8-10 years of experience with proven academic records and from a reputed organization.
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills at all levels
- Excellent analytical skills
- Very strong problem solving & organizational skills. Proven ability to prioritize responsibilities and processes
- Ability to coordinate and manage large teams in a high-performance organization setup
- Highly developed skills in internal financial reporting, application of accounting principles, financial decision making, and internal control
- Pro-active and self-motivated mindset
- High integrity
- The Head of finance and accounts should ideally be based in Mumbai city
- Candidate should be from the Manufacturing and production industry
