Job Purpose & Scope
Major Areas of Responsibilities & Authorities
Leading centralized Branding & Corporate Communication Vertical for Bajaj Electricals Ltd.
Framing 360-degree Communication strategies and ensuring effective implementation for establishing greater awareness about the Brand \xe2\x80\x93 Bajaj Electricals Ltd. (BEL) and its strategic business units.
Drive the development and execution of marketing communications initiatives, in collaboration and consultation with business teams; including product launches, sales collateral, tradeshows, campaigns, social site presence, company website, public relations, internal communication, regulatory communications and corporate events.
Ensure Group Brand Guidelines document is kept agile with latest creative trends and comprehensive to mediums. Collaborate with Compliance function and SBU/Function to drive adherence to stipulated Brand norms across the group.
Managing relationships with Advertising, Public Relation, Digital Marketing agencies and Media agency to accomplish marketing and communication plan effectively within planned budgets and timelines.
Budget Planning: Collaborating with company\xe2\x80\x99s top management and Business management teams for developing an annual marketing communication plans and budgets based on specific brand / products marketing objectives.
People Management: Lead a team of Advertising and Branding professionals to drive the complete branding and marketing communication vertical.
