You will join our Digital Development Centre Department

Operational manager: The primary role will be handling operations to make sure there is a smooth operation of DDC. The role will need to have an understanding of it\'s different teams of developers, product managers/owners, UX/UI and others. Driving entry level automation initiatives which will be the enabler for validating larger client phasing applications.

Stakeholder management: The role will need to ensure a good interface towards various functions and Global IT. Maintain a close relationship with appropriate client stakeholders to resolve operational issues.

Agile Transformation: The role demand someone with an Agile background, preferably SAFe certified, for driving/ leading an agile transformation of DDC and also the stakeholders and clients.

Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:

• Managing all the activities of the software development team and set goals for each team member to ensure timely project delivery

• Provide guidance to the team and ensure they adhere to development standards

• Ensure proper documentation

• Managing department budgets and resources

• Building and managing relationships with India business units

• Maintaining team report/ dashboards for stakeholders

• Leading Reorganization/ restructuring of the DDC department, including an Agile transformation

• Ensure a continuous recruitment of new talents based on the organization\'s needs.

The Ideal Candidate

• A strong sense of ownership: strive for deep understanding, build the appropriate solution to get the job done, and iterate quickly to deliver high impact results
• Customer empathy: have a high degree of customer empathy and drive to understand users\' pain points. Strive to frame problems using the best conceptual models
• Strong collaboration and relationship building skills - able to work well with many different types of personalities in various functions. Masterful in the arts of bringing people together, negotiations and conflict management enabling employee retention
• An effective communicator, collaborator and facilitator. An effective communicator with strong interpersonal /presentation skills and ability to relate to people across hierarchical and cultural settings
• You are action-oriented, with a willingness to show, tell and iterate on ideas
• You can shift between big picture and details whenever needed
• You are experienced within Agile, preferably certified with Scaled Agile Framework\xc2\xae (SAFe\xc2\xae)
• Define critical KPIs and reporting capabilities to drive operational rigor and manage performance.
• Develop and evolve processes for operational discipline and enable the team to scale.
• Ability to influence, drive and work in a matrix organization
• A keen eye with a flair for designing and implementing operational interventions systematically in order to achieve accelerated growth of the business ensuring quality

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience, min. 5 yrs. of experience in operational management (software delivery/ delivery manager) in a software development
• Master\'s degree in Computer Science
• Experience in Design Thinking, Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled Agile Frameworks (SAFe)
• Extensive experience in creating a environment that facilitate learning and development through individual and team coaching
• Can showcase examples of implementing agile techniques in different cultures and environments
• Able to work in a hybrid model. Ready to travel across India office location for better collaboration.
