• 18+ years of work experience in roles spanning data engineering, BI,analytics and automation
• 15+ years of experience in leading data teams
• Experience in development of data & automation solutions in an agile & iterative model
• Strong experience in establishing & managing business engagement
• Experience in AWS Cloud & DevOps
• Experience in establishing budgets & efficient cost management
• Strong know-how of data governance & management
• Strong experience in leading & coaching engineering teams

What you\xe2\x80\x99ll be doing
Establish the Kmart group data platform & automation strategy
Lead solution design & development of scalable data solutions, RPA bots and chatbots. Manage operational support of the group data & automation
platforms
Build and lead high-performing data engineering & automation teams
Identify areas where data, analytics and automation can improve cost of doing for the business (i.e. increase revenue or reduce cost)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
