As the Head of Content, you\'ll lead a team of writers, video influencers, social media manager and content creators to produce high-quality content aligned with the core values of Ownership, Transparency, Courage, Customer Obsession, and Celebration. With a focus on Learning & Development and monetary support for upskilling, you\'ll have the tools to develop and execute a content strategy that supports the brand\'s objectives and drives engagement. Qualifications include an MBA in Finance, 10+years of content marketing experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role, strong leadership and collaboration skills, and a solid understanding of SEO and content marketing best practices.
