Head of Volvo Construction Equipment SAP Solution Center

This will be us - your new colleagues within Core Platform Area (CPA) SAP & Business Administration

CPA SAP & Business Administration is responsible for IT solutions for Volvo Construction Equipment SAP, Volvo Buses, Trucks Manufacturing SAP, Finance, HR & Other HQ-functions and shared SAP platforms used across the Group. Our digital talents develop capabilities and digital technologies to improve business performance and create value for the Group with speed and at scale.

This is how you could make an impact

As Head of Construction Equipment SAP Solution Center, you will play a key role in the digital transformation and modernization of the Volvo Construction Equipment SAP IT landscape leveraging SAP S/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP IBP, Signavio and other solutions. You will also be responsible for driving the shift towards a modern and efficient, scaled agile delivery organization with an open collaboration spirit, able to handle with fluidity both one time and run time demands.

You will be an active member of the Core Platform Area SAP and Business Administration Management Team and report to the Head of this unit.

These are the main expectations on you:

• Nurture digital talents, with a clear focus on SAP technologies, and develop a multi-cultural, inclusive and diverse organization that is curious, hungry to learn and progress in leveraging Agile and DevSecOps ways of working.
• Lead the journey to modernize, consolidate and further expand the VCE SAP landscape towards the Volvo Group North Star IT Architecture, maximizing the value of the IT investments, enabling innovation and development of new services thru the major business and IT transformation \xe2\x80\x9cOne Digital Core\xe2\x80\x9d program ongoing since 2021.
• Build solid relationships with business stakeholders, understanding their processes and needs and delivering with professionalism, speed and quality.
• Develop partnership with software editors like SAP and implementation partners.

Demonstrating an inclusive and inspirational leadership, you communicate at ease with your team of 100+ dedicated and highly skilled professionals (employees and contractors) located mainly in India, Poland and South Korea.

Who are you?

You want to take your career to the next level, working with amazing people around the world and supporting the digital transformation of Volvo Construction Equipment, a very dynamic Business Area. You have a university degree or equivalent, and several years of experience from leading leaders\' positions.

You have extensive experience from IT management using SAP ERPs, COTS and SaaS solutions in both runtime and onetime dimensions, and a good knowledge of finance and controlling, manufacturing, supply chain and sales processes. You also have a good practice of Agile at scale and DevSecOps principles. You bring solid communication skills and a passion for building and motivating high performing multi-cultural teams located in several countries.

You are able to think and act strategically but also to operate and implement change tactically when required, dealing effectively with ambiguity and managing changing priorities. You are passionate about driving strategic & technological transformation in a business focused, fact-based and collaborative way to achieve real impact.

In addition to this, you are a passionate believer in continuous learning. You should feel energized by working both independently and interdependently, have proven skills in cross-functional collaboration and thrive in managing, foster and enable both the perform and the transform angles of the job.
