Head of Marketing

Location - India, Bangalore

Reports to the MD

Qualifications:

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing or a related field.

- Additional certification or training in areas such as digital marketing, data analytics, or project management would be an added advantage.

Prior Experience:

- At least 12-15 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.

- Experience in managing a team of marketing professionals and driving revenue growth through marketing efforts.

- Strong experience in digital marketing, including social media, SEO, performance marketing, and website management.

- Experience in managing PR agencies and executing global branding efforts.

- Experience in retail stores marketing and customer communication.

- Experience in customer engagement and community building.

- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven marketing and measuring the effectiveness of marketing efforts.

- Proven experience in managing marketing budgets and achieving revenue targets.

- In addition to the qualifications and experience, the ideal candidate for this role should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, leadership qualities, strategic thinking ability, and a strong business acumen.

- He/She should be able to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
