Head - Marketing : Luxury/Ultra Luxury Retail
Incumbent will be responsible for marketing from strategy to market research, positioning, design of market plan and coordination with all stakeholders for its successful execution and outcome
- Design, develop and implement the Marketing strategies in line with the Company's Vision, brand image and values.
- Product design input and defining the target customer segment and its value proposition
- Evaluation of potential opportunities from market perspective
- Develop Marketing plan & campaigns with a objective to support growth in revenues, profits & increase in customer satisfaction
- Develop annual marketing calendar, budgets & comprehensive brand strategy
Brand Promotion
- Develop & Implement Programs & Strategies to promote the brand positioning and vision through the delivery of impactful brand communication utilizing all forms of media.
- Develop, manage & leverage various communication platforms vis a vis website, e-newsletter , and digital technology effectively to enhance tenant /customer experience
- Create and build High quality websites
Advertising /PR/ Events & Promotions
- Plan & manage marketing/ advertising/PR schedules.
- Plan & execute quality marketing events.
Market Research & Intelligence
- Undertake market research in order to keep abreast of market trends & competitor analysis to improve current & future campaigns
- Feedback on consumer expectation, behavior & feedback
- Understanding of competitor plans, activities and landscape
Must be connected to luxury world, young , international in outlook & understands luxury
