: Driving Strategy - OEM Driving New business Market share across Pvt Car OEM\'s - Maruti, Hyundai, Kia, Honda, Toyota, MG, BMW, Volvo, VW, Skoda Driving New business Market share across CV OEM\'s - Tata, Ashok Leyland, Piaggio, JCB, Tata Hitachi Driving New business Market share across Two-Wheeler OEM\'s - TVS, Bajaj, Suzuki, Vespa Scan and analyze trends/changes across segments of Pvt car, Two-Wheeler and Commercial Vehicle in the auto industry, general insurance industry, competition, distribution channels and their impact on motor insurance business Study new players and segments emerging in the auto industry (eg: EV) Strategy formation for identification and Development of New Business Opportunities across Pvt Car, Two Wheeler Electric Vehicle and Commercial Vehicle segment Discuss and analyze inputs from product development, underwriting, etc. on government policies, changes in regulations from IRDA, etc. to assess impact on various channels\' business Explore and share perspective on evolving and high impact areas in auto industry such as EV and two-wheeler direct dealership model, related changing government policies, regulations, etc. Contribute to strategy formulation and annual operating business planning with Finance and Channel Heads for Motor LOB across channels, OEM business and new OEM acquisition Identify new areas in motor industry, geographic spread, products and new acquisitions to create growth opportunities and increase profitability for motor insurance business Responsible for OEM Related Campaign management & Analysis and Commission Management Identifying new OEMs across LoBs and bringing them onboard. 2.New Market Share Improvement Driving Sales team across Pan India in improving New Market share across OEM\'s Driving new market share agenda with Sales teams in morning huddles and monthly reviews Analyzing inputs provided by Sales team in terms of discounts and commissions along with Actuarial and U/W team. Executing proposed and viable commission and discounting grid post discussion with NHOD Initiating campaigns in order to increase business at dealerships. Providing market intelligence and competition feedback in order to have dominant market share across dealerships. Engaging in strategic discussions along with OEM\'s to increase market share. 3. Bottom Line Improvement Analyzing Loss ratio movement across Pan India for dealerships in terms of Model, Fuel and Age across Pvt Car, TW and CV. Detailed discussions with Sales team on improving bottom-line across their respective geographies. Corrective measures undertaken in terms of pricing and commercials in order to ensure profitable CoR Corrective measures undertaken in terms of business selection in order to ensure profitable CoR in terms of rollover reduction 2.LoB Business review Lead interactions with all Channel Heads interactions such as Agency, motor dealership, etc. Guide team members to lead interactions with sub channel heads Share intelligence and perspective on competition and market with respective Channel Heads to drive business topline and bottomline Review the motor business for the individual channels, identify gaps and areas of opportunities for driving growth of Motor business and acquire their share of channel for the motor business. Participate in channel wise Motor business reviews, generate and share ideas to drive alignment with strategic priorities, business results and achieve topline and bottomline 3.Relationship development and management Build and manage relationships and tie ups with key OEMs / top leadership of OEMs across Pvt Car, TW, EV and CV Engage with OEMs and partners for increasing their share of business conducted with BAGIC (overall 44 OEM partners) Identify and develop new business partners (OEM partners, new OEM partners, etc.) for business expansion which have potential to increase market penetration and customer coverage Strengthen business relationships with existing partners/ tie-ups to establish top of mind recall, deliver better than competition, drive high sales and sustainable repeat business Resolve operational issues faced by the partners to ensure smooth experience while working with BAGIC Identify opportunities to increase channel penetration and add new channel partners. Work on maintaining existing Relationships and acquiring New Relationships 4.Team development Participate in selection process to identify the right talent for own team. Establish individual performance expectations and regularly review individual performance of the team. Identify and create development opportunities for team members to enhance domain knowledge 5. Product performance and Development Research and analyze internal and external performance of the various products in terms of market demand, competitors, customer segmentation etc. Identify opportunities for driving growth and make recommendations Align on business targets and key initiatives Track top line and product mix on a regular basis, review against targets and analyze deviations Drive marketing teams and channel partners to drive sales accordingly Scan and conduct research on market and competitors Interact with Marketing teams and channel partners for gathering additional market insights Analyze and identify opportunities to grow the business and achieve desired product mix Provide leads and work with Marketing teams and channel partners to implement plans Work with Underwriting team to enable promotion drives for products and provide competitive quotes for specific policy proposals Track and analyze targeted performance and profitability across products and geographies Identify and implement changes and corrections to the sales approach for achieving desired profitability Engage with relevant stakeholders, such as operations for seeking support on the process change and implementation Ensure product, policy issuance and related communication is reaching the advisors in a smooth manner Identifying EV OEMs\'s , NBFCs, Financing institutions, & related markets involved in manufacturing ,selling or funding of Electric Vehicle business across the country Prepare RFP and presentations for pitching to New OEMs for a National or Regional level Tie-Up Education/Qualification:Graduate/ Post graduate Years Of Exp :15 to 18 Years
