Sound Knowledge and hands-on experience of various SAP Modules pertaining to Manufacturing, Sales, SCM, Finance, HR Manage SAP ERP, CRM and other related enterprise software.IT Governance, Information Systems and Audit. Recommend information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes, identifying problems, and anticipating organizational requirement Manage communications and working relationships between IT and other departments/plants within the organization as well as multiple outside IT service providers. Develop requirements, outlines, budgets, and schedules for information technology projects (SAP/Others) . Participate in hardware and software evaluations and maintain vendor contracts. Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards. Manage change requests between development, staging, and production environments. Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks. Ability to work effectively and efficiently without supervision while utilizing time management and multi-tasking skills is required. Having clear ability to deliver high-quality, cost-effective IT solutions (SAP/Others) that serve the strategic and business needs of the organization. Ensuring effective usage of technology and systems, with appropriate security and periodical review Driving and monitoring implementation of IT / initiatives as required by all business groups / units / Regulators as well as digital, technology and up gradation plans Co-ordination with various technology vendors for delivery of new product, software maintenance support, Implementation of new version of software, and other technology Implementation. Lead and provide strategic direction, future road map, IT Governance and carry along all stakeholders for the entire IT Operations. Develop and implement all various IT policies and procedures, including those for architecture, security, disaster recovery, standards, purchasing, and service provision. Delivery Management (includes Rolling out products after stabilization then support for end to end complex deals). Understand requirements of users and suggest appropriate technologies.
