  • Proactive Prospect Engagement: Initiate effective outreach strategies to actively engage with potential clients and cultivate meaningful connections.
  • Demonstrate Leadership: Conduct and take ownership of product demos, ensuring a compelling showcase of our offerings to prospective clients.
  • Negotiation Mastery: Take charge of direct negotiations, particularly for deals falling within the lower ticket size range, showcasing a keen ability to close agreements effectively.
  • Industry Expertise: Leverage experience in the Indian IT sector to strategically drive successful sales initiatives and capitalize on market opportunities.
  • Team Management: Oversee and lead an existing high-performing team, fostering collaboration and individual growth.
  • End-to-End Sales: Personally manage the sales process from initiation to closure, ensuring a seamless and customer-focused experience.
Qualifications and prerequisites:
  • Passion for the Role: Demonstrates genuine excitement and passion for the challenges and opportunities presented in the Head of Inside Sales position.
  • Proven Sales Experience: Holds a minimum of 5 years of proven experience in inside sales, showcasing a track record of achieving ambitious targets.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Holds a commendable track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets, with a minimum accomplishment of $2.5 million USD.
  • Inbound Growth Strategies: Previous experience implementing successful inbound growth strategies, contributing to the overall success of the sales function.
  • Effective Communication: Possesses outstanding written and spoken communication skills, ensuring clear and compelling interactions with clients and team members.
  • Scientific Sales Approach: Demonstrates the ability to infuse scientific methodologies into sales processes, emphasizing revenue generation with minimal dependence on the broader sales team
