Identify HR priorities, establish plans, and lead their successful implementation.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, legal compliances, and industry best practices.
Ensuring contract labour compliances and IR compliances.
Talent Acquisition and Management:
Lead recruitment and selection processes to attract and retain top talent.
Develop effective onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, career development plans and exit.
Employee Relations and Engagement:
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages employee engagement and satisfaction.
Oversee employee relations, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.
Develop and implement employee recognition and rewards programs.
Oversee general admin of the organization.
Compensation and Benefits:
Develop and manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and fairness.
Conduct regular market analysis to assess the effectiveness of compensation packages.
Oversee payroll processes and ensure accurate and timely payroll execution.

Identify training needs and develop learning and development programs.
Facilitate leadership development and succession planning initiatives.
