Job Description






Qualification : MHRM/PGDM in HR, BSW/MSW, BLW/MLW, MBA (HR) Experience : Minimum 20 years We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic HR Head to lead our HR department in a chemical company. As the HR Head, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, ensuring the effective management and development of our workforce. This is a critical leadership role, where you will work closely with senior management to align HR strategies with the company\xe2\x80\x99s goals and objectives. With a team of HR professionals, you will implement HR policies, programs, trainings and practices to attract, retain, and develop talent while fostering a positive work environment. This position reports directly to the top management.
  • HR Strategy and Planning:
  • Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the company\xe2\x80\x99s overall business objectives.
  • Identify HR priorities, establish plans, and lead their successful implementation.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, legal compliances, and industry best practices.
  • Ensuring contract labour compliances and IR compliances.

  • Talent Acquisition and Management:
  • Lead recruitment and selection processes to attract and retain top talent.
  • Develop effective onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
  • Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, career development plans and exit.

  • Employee Relations and Engagement:
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Oversee employee relations, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.
  • Develop and implement employee recognition and rewards programs.
  • Oversee general admin of the organization.

  • Compensation and Benefits:
  • Develop and manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and fairness.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to assess the effectiveness of compensation packages.
  • Oversee payroll processes and ensure accurate and timely payroll execution.
5. Training and Development:
  • Identify training needs and develop learning and development programs.
  • Facilitate leadership development and succession planning initiatives.
  • Support employees\xe2\x80\x99 professional growth through coaching and mentoring programs.

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to address and prevent workplace accidents and injuries.
