Title : Head - Corporate MarketingType : Full TimeJob description : - Drive the corporate brand strategy planning & implementation.- Define and execute corporate marketing and brand strategy, resulting in consistent branding, messaging and positioning.- Define brand guidelines to communicate and create experiences for the mother brand at all touch points.- Work closely with the Marketing leadership team to ensure mother brand is implemented in all regions and projects and contribute to the definition of the strategic objectives for marketing and build strong working relationships to deliver as a team.- Conduct in-depth secondary research to identify consumer insights to build affinity and campaigns for the mother brand.- Collaborate with advertising personnel to promote products, analyzing the financial impact of product creation, and working with product development personnel.- Work closely with cross-functional teams to influence them to deliver the brand thought.- Create Marketing playbooks, manuals, that enable faster deployment of the brand thought across the organization.Desired Candidate Profile :- Worked on Brand Planning & Brand Strategy on leading consumer brands for a minimum of 1-16 years.- Agency and client side experience is preferred.- Strong research orientation & understanding the consumer landscape on digital & offline.- Ability to manage multiple projects at once- Track record of evolving a brands position to a new market category that aligns it with current market and customer priorities.
