Leading Insurtech player Growth Opportunity . Drive new partner acquisition in CD & Mobile chains for Pan India . Discovering and exploring new opportunities and partnership in CD & Mobile chains . Rigorous follow up with owners of CD/Mobile chain outlets and eventually making them sign up . Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements developing and negotiating contracts integrating contract requirements with Technology, Finance, Marketing and Business Operations . Excellent stakeholder management and relationship building skills across hierarchies . Research and build relationships with new clients . Plan approaches and pitches to new opportunities by leveraging existing capabilities and by propositioning relevant customer focused product solutions . Nurture and grow existing partnerships by creating new proposition and avenue for revenue maximization. . Participate in pricing the solution/service The Successful Applicant Experience Required (Minimum relevant or equivalent industry experience required Please also statewhat might be desirous / advantageous) 10 to 12 years of proven experience in BusinessDevelopment for Pan India Academia (The minimum / critical qualifications you deem necessaryfor this profile.) Management Graduate or any other another rigorous discipline from a reputed institution. Skills, Abilities and Competencies (Required to successfully perform this job) . Strong relationship development skills and client management skills, exposure to corporate salesis desirable . A positive and structured approach to finding new business opportunities within new and existing partnerships . Ability to cope with competing demands and multitasking. . Strong communication skills-all forms- Persuasion and negotiation being critical . Capable of working independently with loads of self-drive . Highly analytical . Keen eye for detail . Strong influencing abilities . Managing CXO level relationship . Desire and ability to think like the customer . Ability to translate strategies into execution plans and take them to completion .
