Extensive knowledge in breads
Ensure the food cost of his Bakery is in line with budget kitchen operating supplies, and kitchen energy costs
Prepares and bakes all bakery items for menu and catered events following standardized recipes
Previous experience as a baker or in a related role preferred
Displays initiative and high creativity
Oversees creativity and prepares all breads and bakery required for all restaurants, specialty orders and to-go orders
Advanced knowledge of the principles and practices within the F& B/Hospitality profession
