Location: Building No 12D, Floor 5, Raheja Mindspace, Cyberabad, Madhapur, Hyderabad - 500081, Telangana, India Job Role: HW design and development by using 8bit/16 bit /32-bit microcontroller/microprocessor for embedded system Review product requirements create technical specifications as well as system testing requirements. Design & Development, modifications of systems including Analog & Digital components, Displays, Touch Screens, and RF/antenna designs. Update and maintain detailed schematics, components library, BOM, and design documents for products. Able to provide PCB layout design guidelines to PCB designers and able to review layout files for DFM/DFT/ SI Perform component selection for obsolescence and value engineering programs Provide detailed circuit analysis, tolerance analysis, WCCA, simulations & HW FMEA Preparation of test plans for the circuits designed or modified. Troubleshooting hardware, debugging firmware, and optimizing performance. Experience in the design & Testing of EMI/EMC compliance systems adhering to UL&CE Work closely with test labs for agency certifications like FCC/CE/UL/FM, etc. Follow internal hardware and firmware development processes and contribute to process improvements. Ability to communicate concepts, unit and system level hardware design, design validation test results, and progress of projects to the core team and leadership. Able to guide /mentor junior team members Required Technical Skills: The experience and skills required include but are not limited to the following: Strong knowledge in analog and mixed embedded system design by using 8-bit/16/32bit microcontrollers or processors e.g PICxxx series, TI\'s MSPxxx series, NXP, Si-Lab devices, etc Hands-on experience of design & debugging different communication interfaces like I2C, SPI, RS232, RS485, CAN, BLE, external memories, LCD & touch screen interfaces, etc. Proficiency in Schematic capture tools like Orcad/PADs. Proficiency in circuit analysis, circuit simulation using PSpice/Mathcad/Matlab and circuit tolerance analysis is a must. High-level Experience with PCB layout tools like Allegro/PADS/ layout Experience in Programming languages like C and Assembly, a plus Preferred Technical Skills: Experience in designing safety-critical systems as per IEC60730, and IEC61508 is a plus Experience in Burner /Ignition control Systems design is a plus Experience in the design of EMI/EMC compliance systems adhering to UL, CE & exposure certification testing Experience with PCB layout tools like Allegro/PADS, Knowledge of DFM/DFT is a plus Experience in RF circuit design and PCB layout of embedded wireless systems like WiFi/Bluetooth/Zigbee/ISM band (900 MHz/2.4 GHz) radio systems is a plus Strong technical systems background, Solid written and verbal communication skills Ability to understand and document legacy systems designed by others is a plus. Experience: 8 to 10 yrs. oftotalworkExperience Academic Qualifications : BE/BTech/ME/MTech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE) or Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) or Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering from an accredited university/college.
