Role Description The Hands-on Science Activities Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position located in Noida. As a Hands-on Science Activities Specialist at ABL Education, your day-to-day tasks would include designing and implementing hands-on science activities, conducting science experiments, developing curricula, and training teachers and on Science activities. You will be required to handle a diverse range of tasks and to effectively communicate and collaborate with other departments to provide outcome-driven services to various stakeholders. Qualifications A proven track record of conducting science experiments, developing curricula, and managing hands-on science activities A degree in Education in Science Passionate about Science education & experiments Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills Experience facilitating teacher training sessions and coaching mentors for STEM education is a plus Proficient in Microsoft Office A collaborative work style with an ability to effectively communicate and work with cross-functional teams Creativity in developing innovative and engaging hands-on science activities that promote critical thinking and problem-solving skills
