:

Prime Function:

\xc3\xbc Responsible for the smooth functioning and for the satisfactory rooming and welfare of all guests of Novotel, Hyderabad.

\xc3\xbc Responsible for Reception, Concierge operations, Hospitality and Cashier.

\xc3\xbc Liaise with different departments for smooth and coordinated work.

\xc3\xbc Ensure cleanliness of all areas under the Front Office viz., Lobby, corridors, main staircase and drive away.

\xc3\xbc Ensure to interact with the guests & enable the team to understand guest requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Front Office Planning

\xc3\xbc Ensure that the arrivals and departures for the day and relevant records are maintained.

\xc3\xbc Ensure quality in all aspects of work and among the staff in the lobby.

People Management

\xc3\xbc Personally welcome and escort all guests of Novotel, Hyderabad.

\xc3\xbc Authorize courtesies for V.I.P\xe2\x80\x99s.

\xc3\xbc Ensure that regular training is conducted as per the standards.

\xc3\xbc Deal with the inquiries and complaints of the Guests tactfully and initiate follow-up action.

Financial Management

\xc3\xbc Responsible for maintaining high level of room sales, by upselling.

\xc3\xbc Ensure that the log book is maintained.

\xc3\xbc Ensure maximum room occupancy within agreed overbooking policy.

\xc3\xbc Ensure to balance the accounts on a daily basis.

Operational Management

\xc3\xbc Adhere to the Standard Operating Procedures & policies.

\xc3\xbc Check outstandings of in-house guests on a daily basis.

\xc3\xbc To check whether the following records are kept in order and up to date.

a) \xe2\x80\x9cC\xe2\x80\x9d forms

b) Reception / Information Log Book

\xc3\xbc Ensure that the luggage of incoming and outgoing guests is handled quickly and efficiently.

\xc3\xbc Ensure that all mail and messages awaiting arrival of incoming guests are promptly delivered.

\xc3\xbc Check the grooming and hygiene of the team.

\xc3\xbc Ensure all V.V.I.P room inspection in coordination with House Keeping Department.

\xc3\xbc Ensure that newspapers and parcels are delivered in the rooms without delay.

\xc3\xbc To be readily available at all times to deal with problems or complaints.

\xc3\xbc Ensure effective and speedy check-in & check-out facilities.

\xc3\xbc Deal with the inquiries and complaints of the Guests tactfully and initiate follow-up action.

\xc3\xbc Ensure that the entrance is easily accessible to cars and taxis at all times.

\xc3\xbc Conduct briefing for concierge and Front Office Assistants.
