Job descriptionA To welcome & Assist Customer on their arrival in centre.A Take down customeraEUR(TM)s details and information. (Forms and official Templates to be filled).A Confirm their purpose of visit and Guide them accordingly (Test, Purchase, Service, Diagnosis, Consultation).A Attending calls- Receiving, and responding, Transferring calls to appropriate departments, providing full. information, and support to the caller.A Maintaining walk-in register and admin registers.A Preparation of database of Client contacts and updating.A Filling papers/bills and important documents.A Handling (Cash & A/c) Depositing Cash in Bank, maintain financial Register (D)A Co coordinating with different Departments of the companies.A Generating daily report and passing it to the Branch Manager (Stocks, Sales, Walk inn, Daily Expenses).A Coordinate for office events. (Interview Drive, Promotional activities, Joining formalities, Send off, Birthdays).A Make sure Office EquipmentaEUR(TM)s are working perfectly.(fax m/c, printer, PABX system etc.)A Should have all the maintenance staff contact number Organized and in order.A Vendor management for stationers, travel agents, courier agents, and all allied third party service providers.A To arrange for food and beverages for the senior management guests & dignitaries, on case to case basis, after seeking the appropriate approval.A Maintains confidentiality at all time of the organization fiscal and personnel related information.II, Skill Set (FOE)a~ Candidate must have good presentable personality.a~ Must have good communication skill.a~ Friendly attitude will be helpful.a~ Good analytical skill is essential.a~ Good interpersonal skills/Soft Skillsa~ Must be flexible with working time.a~ Candidate must have Good knowledge of computers.a~ Should Speak English, Kannada Fluently.a~ Should be a quick learner.a~ Multi tasking ability.a~ Should possess an attitude to serve and help people.a~ Customer Service oriented (C.S experience Preferred).a~ Excellent people skills and ability to interact with a wide range of client, staff and customers.a~ Having Experience as (FOE) in hospitals and clinics Preferable (H.S).a~ Age 19 to 30 yearsTiming: 10am to 7pmContact: 9014426445FRESHERS ARE ALSO ELIGIBLE.Job Type: Full-timeSchedule:
