Our Values: Leadership | Community | Integrity | Agility | Diversity JOB POSITION Carelon Global Solutions India is seeking a Sr. Systems Analyst who is accountable for enhancing, supporting, and managing the in-house claims processing system. JOB RESPONSIBILITY

• Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving any problems related to medical management (MM) systems
• Act as an integral partner to the MM department to ensure technical solutions align with business needs.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and anticipate potential issues.
• Assist with requirements collecting and architectural decisions
• Create and execute test plans.
• Ensure stakeholders are kept up to date on system issues and problem resolution.
• Assist in the development of training documentation and identify additional documentation needs.

QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor?s or master?s degree

EXPERIENCE

• Requires an BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field of study and a minimum of 3 years of experience with documenting requirements and/or building test cases for a variety of technologies; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Experience with Pega Platform
• Experience with integrations and APIs
• Troubleshooting, monitoring, measuring, reconciling, process performance and problem solving.
• MS SQL- Macros
