About the Role:
As a Growth Marketer, your main duties include developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing programs across all digital channels including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising campaigns, in line with brand plans and company goals.
Core Responsibilities:
- Work with cross functional team to establish growth strategies
- Create, manage and experiment with new user acquisition campaigns
- Conceive and execute on a wide range of content campaigns to drive education and engagement
- Working with content marketing and design teams to create suitable content for each stage of a customer\'s digital journey; find new and innovative ways to increase retention
- Analyze data to monitor revenue performance and uncover areas for improvement; A/B testing to optimize digital marketing performance
- Manage SEO
- Prepare and present recommendations, reports, and findings from experimental data.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in growth and marketing roles
- Strong analytical skills and a creative mind
- Have a good experience in people, resource and agency management
- Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional partners, prioritize high impact activities, and keep complex projects moving forward
- Experience in Healthtech or healthcare space is a plus
- Experience of working in a fast-growing startup is a plus
