My client is a leading brand in clean, plant-based Personal Care and Wellness space and they are looking to hire a Growth Manager to join them in their office in Bangalore.Responsibilities:- Develop and implement growth strategies to increase brand visibility and sales.- Manage performance marketing efforts across multiple channels.- Analyse market trends and customer feedback to identify new growth opportunities.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize marketing campaigns and product launches.- Track and report on key performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed.- Stay current with industry best practices and competitor strategies.Requirements:- Minimum 4 years of experience in a growth management or similar role.- Strong knowledge and experience in performance marketing.- Proven track record of developing and executing successful growth strategies.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
