Responsible for the quality of all creative work produced by the agency for the assigned account(s). Creative directs the creative team to maintain standards of creative excellence and insure achievement of goals.. : The Group Art Supervisor is responsible for inspiring and directing teams to create breakthrough work for clients. From traditional media, digital marketing campaigns, digital products and design systems, and content, the Group Creative Supervisor can lead teams to do it all. The Group Creative Supervisor has a strong affinity for business strategy, a deep understanding of digital and technology. - Seeks opportunities and innovative approaches to create ideas which are on brief. - Challenges clients/internal teams when appropriate in order to raise the agency creative offering. - Works with strategy and business management developing business and creative solutions and providing insight and challenging the briefs as appropriate. - Generates and develops concepts and ideas which meet the requirements of the brief, meet client branding standards and are of a consistently high standards. - Identifies opportunities to produce breakthrough work that has the potential to win creative awards. - Is responsible for the total creative output of the assigned group of its quality of ideas, strategic thinking, production, writing, art direction, timeliness and effectiveness. - Responsible for the creative overview of work, leading and advising teams and reviewing work as required. - Accountable for flawless execution and ensures all work is done to agreed deadline and within budget. - Strategically smart, production savvy, able to present the groups work - Take a stand on every creative aspect of the creative product, and be able to work under tight deadlines. - Responsible for development of Creative Supervisors and Associate Creative Supervisors - Provides proactive contribution to clients businesses, demonstrating best-in-class integrated production solution including innovation and quality. - Attracts, develops and retains top creative talent through career management and mentorship, giving them opportunities and room to grow and provide regular feedback
