Job Title: Group Product Manager - Critical Care

Job Summary:

Our company is seeking an experienced and dynamic Group Product Manager to lead our Critical Care product portfolio. In this key role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, strategic planning, and execution of our critical care products. As the Group Product Manager, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the success of our critical care products and ensure customer satisfaction. We are looking for a passionate individual with strong leadership skills, an analytical mindset, and a deep understanding of the critical care market.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the strategic planning and execution of the critical care product portfolio.

2. Collaborate with the executive team to define and implement the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market demands.

3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape, leveraging findings to drive product innovation and differentiation.

4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, and stakeholders in the critical care industry to gain insights and ensure customer-centric product development.

5. Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales.

6. Define and track key performance metrics, including revenue growth, market share, and customer satisfaction, to monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions.

7. Drive the product release process, collaborating with various teams to ensure on-time delivery, proper documentation, and seamless integration with existing systems and processes.

8. Lead and mentor a team of talented product managers, fostering their growth and development.

9. Stay up-to-date with industry developments, advancements in critical care technologies, regulations, and best practices to proactively identify opportunities for product enhancement.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor\'s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.

2. Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in product management, preferably in the medical device or healthcare industry.

3. Demonstrated success in developing and launching innovative products within the critical care market.

4. In-depth knowledge of critical care technologies, patient monitoring systems, and related medical devices.

5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and present complex concepts to diverse audiences.

7. Proven leadership abilities, with experience leading and motivating teams to achieve common goals.

8. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

9. Adaptable and open to change, with a continuous improvement mindset.
