We’re looking for an entrepreneurial product leader to join us as a Group Product Manager for our Learning team. Emeritus educates students at scale across 80+ countries and this role is an opportunity to transform the learning experience of students. You will help create a platform that creates a differentiated learning experience, social connections with peers and long term learning mind-set. To succeed in this role, you must have substantial product management experience, excellent product instincts, strong business acumen, and an analytical mindset to deliver innovative and impactful customer experiences.

The ideal person would be someone who is grounded in technology, has a passion for building amazing products, and has the experience and mindset for delivering a great user experience. This is a full-time role working remotely in India.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Set the vision and strategy to evolve the learner platform
• Lead the ideation, prioritization, planning, and execution - combining deep technical expertise, product understanding, and strategic thinking
• Develop a deep understanding of current tools for online education, competitive landscape and develop point of view around differentiation opportunities
• Leverage a data-driven and customer obsessed test & learn mindset to iterate on the product roadmap
• Execute onsite A/B tests in close collaboration with Product and Engineering teams
• Drive product development and ideation in partnership UX designers, software engineers and learning design and delivery teams
• Make data-driven decisions and drive a focus on metrics and impact to ensure the delivery of excellent products
• Own the end-to-end user experience for your product
• Build an exceptional product team, to drive progress in multiple arenas

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• 5+ years leading product management teams in consumer internet or mobile applications
• Passionate about designing, building, and testing innovative customer experiences to drive conversion, retention, and top-line revenue growth.
• Ability to drive a vision with a customer-centric approach to problem-solving and innovation
• Skilled at analyzing qualitative and quantitative data to make informed product decisions
• Ability to prioritize issues in a fast-paced environment and consistently deliver simple, iterative solutions that drive key business metrics
• An ownership mindset to roll up your sleeves and drive end to end product development
• Ability to synthesize information from various sources and draw meaningful conclusions.
• Authentic, truth seeking, not afraid to take bold decisions
• Affinity for the fast-paced, changing environment of a start-up, a positive attitude, and a get-it-done personality
• Passion for coaching and leading teams
• MBA from a top university a plus.
