Job Description




Primary Purpose:

Work on brands and contribute to the creation of digital experiences. Manage work efficiently, generate ideas collaboratively with the team, and must have a passion for planning and strategy.

Major Responsibilities:

\xe2\x97\x8f Responsible for creating a team culture that is built on quality, trust and superior specialist skill sets, that breeds success, fosters effective teamwork and relationships at the workplace, and spreads an integrated mindset among all the key stakeholders

\xe2\x97\x8f Strategically Planning quarterly and annual plans for your brands

\xe2\x97\x8f Planning and aiding in implementation of integrated strategies on brands, by driving business value for them

\xe2\x97\x8f Actively identifying opportunities to deliver award winning work backed by research & consumer understanding

\xe2\x97\x8f Establishing processes/systems for cross selling client services across the company

\xe2\x97\x8f Implementing a robust schedule for following:

- KPI Sheets for Every Client

- Sales tracker where applicable

- Maintain Strategy Mastersheet which summarizes the goals for the year.

- Ensure that the teams at Schbang are delivering based on the annual business & marketing goals

- Manpower mapping and Salary Budgeting for your team

\xe2\x97\x8f Identify opportunities for mining existing brands as well as build projects for the teams in order to aid in meeting of targets

\xe2\x97\x8f Identify and Develop PR opportunities that create a favorable image for the team and company at large

\xe2\x97\x8f Implement SOPs, follow processes, evaluate TATs and set expectations streamlining the communication functions between stakeholders and employees.

\xe2\x97\x8f Distill observations from primary and secondary research conducted to carve out a niche direction for a brand

\xe2\x97\x8f Lead activities that entail brand positioning, product launches, market penetration strategies, retention strategies etc by analysis data (qualitative/quantitative. Works towards giving a fresh perspective.

\xe2\x97\x8f Developing innovative communication strategies in line with the brand\'s overall objectives

\xe2\x97\x8f Audit of services we provide and constantly challenge the status quo in order to improve the company\'s future prospect, with a convergent view.

\xe2\x97\x8f Identify processes, innovations, automation tools, etc. that will improve efficiencies and position the company as a forward thinking entity

\xe2\x97\x8f Constantly think of innovative and effective integrated changes we can make to ensure that we drive value to the client\'s business

\xe2\x97\x8f Explore new market offerings and develop capabilities to internalize those offerings.
