Office Location: Hosur Years of experience: 5 to 10 Position description:
- To consistently achieve PQCDMS targets on a shift basis with strong problem solving skills and people leadership
- To ensure strong SDCA culture and show continual improvement in the process systematically through TPM, TQM & quality system approach
Primary Responsibilities:
- Audit workmen deployment & organise resources for production.
- Review sequence plan for the availability of vehicle inputs parts from all stake holders
- Conduct daily PDCA for quality, delivery performance and monitor to improve unit performance
- Improve the process capability of identified critical parameters.
- Take countermeasures on process rework and Q & D complaints.
- Audit & Improve 2S,JH, unsafe acts and conditions and Material handling system.
- Provide recommendation & feedback during EJO process.
- Control of non conforming products.
- Identify losses and make contingency plan
- Conduct review on unit department related projects.
