Interviewers should only ask job-related questions. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Ensures the implementation and maintenance of the company\'s Integrated Management System (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 & ISO 22301) and of a new Management System if instructed by the Top Management. 2. Makes suggestions with regards to the procedures and standards to enhance efficiency at work and improves product/service quality. 3. Collects and analyzes data to demonstrate the effectiveness of the IMS 4. Ensures the client satisfaction process is followed as per the Client Satisfaction procedure, 5. Evaluates the characteristics and trends of processes to include it in the risk assessment. 6. Evaluates the improvements of the QHSE. 7. Liaises with other entities within the group for safety related matters. 8. Organizes safety trainings and safety games. 9. Promotes IMS Programs and awareness within the organization. 10. Monitors the implementation of the company\'s IMS policy. 11. Provides regular safety tips for employees (EHS Alerts, Observations, etc.) 12. Conducts incidents/accidents investigations. 13. Works closely with the QHSE Representatives in the operations and makes sure all procedures are properly communicated, understood and implemented. 14. Ensures the internal audits are being conducted according to the approved audit planners. 15. Ensures the Management Reviews are planned as per the Management Review procedure. 16. Establishes and conducts a risk assessment procedure, and co-ordinate all risk assessments throughout the company. Ensures the Risk Assessment is updated, communicated and applied throughout the company. 17. Attends Premises Committee meetings with client and QHSE Representatives to report on IMS issues. 18. Supervises safety activities and initiatives. 19. Coordinates with the concerned departments on the Client Satisfaction process by respecting the Client Satisfaction Procedure. 20. Ensures Compliance with all applicable environmental laws. 21. Ensures the application of the Chemical Management Procedure. 22. Ensures that the Country Heads/O&M Heads/E&C Heads/ Sales Representatives are handling the Client Complaints and implementing corrective actions accordingly. 23. Assists the Group IMS & Sustainability Manager in the distribution of all measuring. 24. Ensures the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are being filled on time and corrective actions are implemented where needed. 25. Improves employee environmental awareness. 26. Assists the Group IMS & Sustainability Manager in developing and maintaining the IMS procedures and work methodologies. 27. Submits a weekly report to the Group IMS & Sustainability Manager summarizing completed, current and planned activities. 28. Coordinates the activities of the various sections (procedures development, updates, etc.). 29. Compiles and maintains reports and records for the IMS. 30. Accompanies the external auditor to the different operations if needed. 31. Investigates and adjusts problems within area of responsibility when needed. 32. Prepares and revises regularly the safety instructions, the guidelines, procedures and the policies. 33. Assists the QHSE Representatives in conducting and coordinating safety training programs as necessary to ensure employees follow the IMS standards. 34. Conducts in coordination with the QHSE Representatives regular inspections to assess environmental and health & safety plan adherence as well as identify potential hazards and risks and ensures safe work practices are being followed. 35. Assists the QHSE Representatives in making recommendations for correction of unsafe work conditions or practices. 36. Communicates and documents corrective actions. 37. Assists the Group IMS & Sustainability Manager in the admin work. QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS 4-5 years of relative work experience. An aptitude for exercising independent thinking and reasoning. Ability to communicate in written and oral formats with diplomacy and tact. Excellent presentation and communication skills. EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS bachelor\'s degree in business administration/Engineering. Lead Auditor in QMS, EMS or Equivalent Lead Auditor OHSMS Holder of a professional certificate (Preferably: NEBOSH).
