You will define, develop and implement project controlling process, relevant reporting guidelines and performance indicators for global Solutions business
You will support & advice Endress+Hauser (E+H) Sales center controllers in the Hosted countries on reporting and performance management in line with Group Solution business targets & Corporate controlling requirements on Solutions
You will ensure timely business forecasting (Incoming orders, Backlog) and monthly P&L reporting for both Solutions and Instrument project business in all E+H Sales centers
You will advice and support Corporate Sales Directors with information respective to their Sales Areas on Solution business performance, business needs and process improvements
You will identify potential business risks and define actions for mitigation together with Corporate Projects & Solutions Management
You will align and collaborate with Corporate Controlling and Corporate Tax to implement guidelines and governance for Solutions Business to continuously drive & improve operational performance
You are responsible for business modelling and Tooling (implementation of SAP PS for Project execution) to manage, monitor and report Solutions and Instrument Projects progress
You will lead & guide IT projects for financial reporting strongly liaising, steering & coordinating with Group IT
You will guide & collaborate with Solution Business Managers and BU Solutions Leadership
30-40% International travel, but not limited
Qualification + Profile
Master’s degree in Business Administration or Economics
Minimum 6-9 years of relevant industry experience, at least 5 -8 years in a financial management role
Experience in international controlling & project management is mandatory
Experience in international project business
Proven track record in strategic thinking and skilled in efficient operational process implementation
Knowledge in Endress+Hauser products & services would be an advantage
Strong people and process management capabilities
Ability to influence different management levels and can drive positive change
Fluent in English, additional language - German, French or Spanish will be an advantage
Knowledge in SAP Financial based operations & reporting
Professional user of Corporate IT applications, MS Office & SAP
