Job Description

As Group CFO, you would report directly to promoters of the organisation. You would focus extensively on global scaling, compliances, SOPs, team management, strategy and fund raising.

\xef\x82\xb7 Assist in formulating the company\'s future direction and supporting tactical initiatives

\xef\x82\xb7 Monitor and direct the implementation of strategic annual business plans, Budgets and Reports

\xef\x82\xb7 Develop financial and tax strategies. Manage the capital request and budgeting processes

\xef\x82\xb7 Oversee the issuance of financial information Quarterly, Half yearly and annual report. Report financial results to the board of directors

\xef\x82\xb7 Understand and mitigate key elements of the company\'s risk profile

\xef\x82\xb7 Maintain relationships with the investment community and Bankers

\xef\x82\xb7 Participate in developing new business, specifically: assist the Promoters in identifying new funding opportunities and determining cost effectiveness of prospective service delivery

\xef\x82\xb7 Ensure adequate controls are installed and that substantiating documentation is approved and available such that all purchases may pass independent and governmental audits

Mandatory experience in healthcare / hospitals of 15+ years|International experience, specifically in EMEA region highly preferred

Chartered Accountant with 20+ years of experience, out of which 15+ years of experience should be within pharmaceutical, hospitals, health-care providers or medical devices.

You should have managed multiple geographies - Experience in Middle East & Africa is highly preferred.
