Greenfield Project Procurement Engineer
Job Description
Job responsibilities will be:
Sourcing of Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics & Non-Technical Parts (Like castings/Forging/Machine Parts/ Cable Harness/PCBAs/Plastic parts and Finished goods)
Costing and BOM (Bill of Material) calculation.
Parts/components localisation experience
Drive prototype during design validation stage with suppliers as per requirement specifications
Identifying potential suppliers and floating RFIs, RFPs & RFQs
Conducting qualitative & quantitative analysis during supplier selection as per the intended product for sourcing.
Good Logistics/Supply Chain Experience
Good understanding of contract for terms and conditions for contract manufacturing.
Profile will require candidate to travel PAN India, along with stays on-site.
Core Skills:
Good communication skills (both written and verbal).
Strong analytical ability & presentation skills
Adept with internationally accepted standard & quality certifications
In depth knowledge of multiple processes involved in manufacturing process.
Candidate must have worked on Greenfield Project Procurement
Negotiation skills
