Job Description
We are recruiting Procurement Engineer for our client who are German MNC involved in Industrial machinery business.Location: KolkataCTC upto 12 LPABackground Required:
- ? Mechanical engineer with 6 to 10 years of relevant experience in Engineering items Procurement, Vendor identification, Vendor Development and contract negotiation etc
- ? Local sourcing for Global Projects
- ? Building a supply chain network & preparing sourcing strategy aiming toward Global supply
- ? Interact with global buyers and understand and comprehend the requirements and translate them into action
- ? Responsible to develop vendors for all paper-machine parts, predominantly customized manufactured parts based on Voith drawings
- ? Cost estimation of manufacturing items
- ? High level of domestic & international vendor contact
- ? Good level of negotiation skill. Understanding of INCOTERMS
- ? Good commercial and Technical knowledge (excellent understanding of new items/machine drawing) suitable for Project Environment.
