The Gratis Copy Process Manager (GCPM) is responsible for initiating the gratis copies process by monitoring the milestones triggered from PPM reports, and will execute the reviewer, editor, author, and content contributor complimentary (comp) copies also known as Gratis Copy in Health Content Management. S/he will confirm the gratis copy terms and conditions in the contracts and agreements before initiating the gratis copy process for content contributors. S/he will secure/confirm/obtain contributor contact details where needed, and ensure that contributors receive required number of gratis copies per Contributor Agreements. S/he will answer queries from editorial, contributors, other support teams regarding gratis copy order status. S/he will also resolve problems, address queries with specifics to gratis copies process and support the business by providing adequate reporting on gratis copies status per project. S/he will work in close collaboration with the content editorial teams, global reporting, transformation O&F team, inventory/warehouse, suppliers, and meet established turnaround times for specific steps and in overall completion of gratis copy process. The Gratis Copy Process Manager will report to the Team Manager, Publishing Services.
