• Create visually appealing and engaging graphic designs for various marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, social media content, and website graphics.
• Utilize video editing software to create compelling video content, including promotional videos, educational videos, patient testimonials, and animated graphics.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and designs that align with the company\'s brand image and objectives.
• Produce high-quality designs and videos within designated timelines, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Work closely with the content team to integrate compelling visual elements into written content, enhancing its overall impact and effectiveness.
• Stay updated with industry trends, design techniques, video editing software advancements, and motion graphics to improve the quality and innovation of design and video deliverables.
• Manage multiple design and video editing projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines consistently.
• Coordinate with external vendors, printers, and suppliers to ensure accurate reproduction and timely delivery of printed materials or video production requirements.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role, preferably in a marketing or advertising setting.
• Proficient in graphic design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design, etc.
• Experience with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Wonder share Filmora or similar tools.
• Solid understanding of design principles, layout composition, typography, and color theory.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and video editing work, demonstrating creativity, attention to detail, and a good eye for aesthetics.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and interpret design briefs and video editing requirements.
• Ability to work independently and manage projects from concept to completion, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Knowledge of dental industry trends and terminology is a plus, but not mandatory.
