Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Support the marketing team with all the marketing activities.
  • Responsible for the company website and the social media platform are timely updated with new content.
  • Assist in the marketing collateral and material.
  • Ensure all materials are disseminate to the various department.
  • Assist in the company events and ensure all logistics are taken care of.
  • Work closely with the graphics designer on the marketing materials (flyers/brochures, etc)
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
Knowledge in COREL, PHOTOSHOP, PAINT Management of office equipment Maintaining a clean and enjoyable working environment Handling external or internal communication or management systems Maintaining leave records and attendance of staff Managing clerical or other administrative staff Organizing, arranging and coordinating meetings Sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing postMuch of the work involves oral and written communication, word processing and dealing with email and telephone enquiries.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: ?7,500.00 - ?15,000.00 per monthBenefits:
