Below is more of a traditional equivalent JD :( Working as part of a small team the Graphics Designer will be involved in all aspects of the product strategy with a strong focus on design.
The successful candidate will have a mix of creative, design and marketing skills and will be a self- motivated and Design: A strong working knowledge of Adobe CS and fully competent in Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is essential. Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro is advantageous.
1) Artwork creation: brochures, adverts, flyers, business cards and other marketing collateral and preparing artwork for print where necessary
2) Design or adjust artwork and sales documents in line with brand guidelines
3) Effectively manage multiple briefs at a time, prioritising where necessary and providing updates where relevant
4) Work with sales and other internal departments to understand their needs
5) Think creatively, generate new ideas, designs and concepts Key Requirements
1) Adobe CS - InDesign, Illustrator & Photoshop
2) Microsoft Office in particular Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
3) Experience of working in a graphic design
4) Hands-on, self-motivated and naturally organised individual
5) Creative with good attention to detail
6) Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
7) Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
