Job Description
Roles and ResponsibilitiesVisualize ideas into highly-engaging graphics for different platforms and audiences
Work closely with the creative lead and copywriters and take directions for projects.
Take ownership of assigned projects, ensure they meet brand guidelines and standards, and deliver them within the agreed-upon time line
Participate in creative brainstorming sessions
Work cross-functionally with the growth marketers to understand the performance of graphics
Keep pace with the latest design trends and techniques.Desired Candidate ProfileExpertise in tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, XD, and InDesign 2
2 years of experience in designing social media posts, Google and Facebook ads, Emailers, landing pages, posters, and flyers
Good communication and time management skills
Deep understanding of visual aesthetics, design standards, typography, and colors.
