Making short term & long term plan for brand promotional activities for better market penetration and brand positioning. Generates ideas about the expansion of foot-print to ensure a cutting edge strategy; maintains up to date knowledge of the market place, competitors and trends. Advising solutions to problems and having the power to implement them. Takes a lead role in building a strong sales management culture with the operations team; spends time coaching, identifying skills and opportunities for development; provides advice and guidance on issues when needed. Candidate Preference : 10+ years of total experience Strong Planning & implementation of business strategy Qualification : MASTER IN BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION
