The office location will be Gurgaon, Sector 48 & the candidates have to work in US shift. s: 1. Manage, review, and perform daily account responsibilities associated with Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Facebook Ads for a variety of clients. 2. Create Facebook Ad campaigns (strategy planning, budget recommendations, creative guidance for images/videos, Ad implementation and campaign monitoring) 3. Optimize campaigns to drive high-performance results (increase sales in ecommerce projects, generate leads in service-based projects etc. 4. Maintain and monitor keyword bids, account daily and monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score, and other important account metrics. 5. Manage the creation of large keyword lists. 6. Manage Display network placement lists on Google Ads and through other contextual advertising platforms. 7. Provide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, display network, and other facets of paid search in accordance with client goals. 8. Provide oversight and manage new paid search campaigns, ad groups, and accounts and aid in the creation of paid search marketing initiatives. 9. Provide oversight, manage, and be able to generate weekly and monthly client reporting for all major metrics goals tracking, revenue tracking, and other paid search initiatives. 10. Keep pace with search engine and PPC industry trends and developments like Performance Max campaigns on Google, Advantage+ Shopping campaigns on Facebook. 11. Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports, and key reporting tools, and point out key areas of importance in accordance with client goals. 12. Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channels. 13. Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline-driven atmosphere. 14. Ability to clearly and effectively articulate thoughts and points. 15. Ability to learn new industries and new business types quickly and can apply this knowledge to internet marketing initiatives and achieving client goals. 16. High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation. 17. Excellent analytical, organizational, project management, and time management skills. 18. Develop near and long- time paid search strategies and campaigns for clients. 19. Work with the team to ensure landing pages are effectively optimised for all PPC campaigns to ensure maximum ROI and conversion is possible.
