Job Title: Project Manager - Solution Industrialization


EY continues to have tremendous success in Managed Services, with $6.4B in FY21 global revenue, 110% of target, and 7% Growth vs. the previous fiscal year. EY is well-positioned to continue growing towards an FY25 ambition of $11B+ global revenue.
The Global Managed Services (GMS) team exists to help practitioners leverage the market opportunity in managed services. Within GMS, the Solutions and Commercial Enablement team leads programs to create critical foundations supporting high-quality solutions, deals, and delivery operations. On specific program is Solutions Industrialization, which serves as a catalyst to mature EY's highest priority Managed Services Solutions. Industrialization consists of engaging with Service Line solution teams to create and publish Solution specific work-products based on the Solutions Acceleration Framework (SAF).

The opportunity
The GMS Solutions Industrialization program is growing to optimize and mature more of the Firm's leading solutions. A key new role in the expansion is the Industrialization Project Manager.
As an Industrialization Project Manager, you will engage with solution teams across EY to create and execute a plan to help the team develop and industrialize their solutions (not deals/client engagements).

Your key responsibilities:

• A Program Manager to support industrialization projects. Responsibilities include:
• Support client and delivery teams by coordinating solution industrialization activities including working sessions, status meetings, and key discussions
• Coordinate with solutions teams and SMEs to grow global MS solutions and guide the development of work products and key activities
• Monitor and document solution development and report progress
• Create presentations and reports to show progress to a variety of stakeholders.
• Leverage strategic business acumen and understanding of organizational strategy to support client teams and best coordinate program activities
• Focus on project outcomes, e.g., publishing of solution assets for global practitioners

• Possess a product development mindset with experience in global products and consultative offering development
• Demonstrates design thinking capabilities and professional knowledge
• Demonstrates strong organization skills, with capability to work independently to plan, structure, and execute pursuit activities
• Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical writing and client presentations using tools such as PowerPoint/Excel/Word
• Provides high quality service by monitoring solution development progress, developing progress reports, and informs leadership of progress reports
• Committed to helping solutions achieve and grow
• Possess high drive and the ability to work under pressure
• Cultivates understanding of EY and its service lines and actively assess/present ways to serve clients

To qualify for the role you must have:

• Degree in Business, IT, Product Management, or related field and approximately 8+ years of related work experience in managed services or product development / management.
• Demonstrated abilities in one or more of the following areas:
• Managed Service
• Product development
• Product delivery
• Ability to enable global solutions teams to identify and address their most critical issues, ranging from alignment to service delivery, and drive sustainable business results.
