Role Program Manager-Provisioning & DSA Job Level/ Designation M3 /GM Function / Department [Technology - Products - (Provisioning Systems)] Location Pune Job Purpose Design, Innovate, Delivery Management and error free rollout of Demands, Technology Advancements and CR\'s in area of Provisioning & DSA ensuring end to end Order Management & Service Fulfilment for Retail & Enterprise customers/services & DSA Sims End to end Project Tracking and Governance Plan and Execute Testing & UAT phase, aligning Partners and Business stakeholders, track defects and fixes, support UAT and post implementation testing Manage Deployment and Release Cycles for Demands and CR\'s Role requires interfacing with different Technology Partners as well as work on various market & Technology strategic initiatives, cost saving initiatives. Act as a SME understanding the Provisioning domain and their applications, Order Management flows HLR interfaces & commands, SIM specs/interface to propose cost effective and optimized solutions & enhancements, identify & finalize optimum product licensing requirements. Key Result Areas/Accountabilities ManagingProvisioning, DSA(Dynamic SIM Allocation) Demands & Project delivery E2E demand execution, participate in requirement gathering cross functional discussions understanding business & Technology principles, assess licensing requirements, identify right fit solutioning and impacted areas on OSS/BSS, high level design ,create a delivery plan and alignment, schedule activities for go-live plan contributing to team meetings troubleshooting development and production problems across multiple environments. Finalize Provisioning Principles & SIM Profile mapping to provisioning workflows Manage delivery of Technology Advancements & Enhancements. Understanding new requirements, initiating & participate in cross functional discussions and moving to delivery. Liaise and work with Technology & product partners ensuring environment readiness for delivery and optimum approach managing multiple deliveries in parallel. Ensure demands are delivered on time & first time right as per business requirements agreed & signed off. Track demand deliveries, realization and Go-live across all circles with Business teams. Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards Project Governance: Period Review of all Demands, CR\'s, L3 defects with Partners ensuring proper risk mitigation plan and overall project timelines are met KPI management, Escalation handling and Roadmap review. Ensure strict governance around scope and deliverables, ownership and tracking of all open items. Periodic updates to senior leadership on overall Project updates Manage Escalations from Partners, Cross Functional and Business stakeholders Manage Project Effort approval and Tracking Deployment and Release Management: Alignment of changes/demands to overall Release Management cycle ensuring on time deployment with approvals from all stakeholders. Ensure complete Operation handover-B2O Post deployment support ensuring Sanity testing and issue resolution if any. Stakeholder Management - Stakeholder management (Various Business Functions, Internal IT Portfolios and Multiple Vendor Team), ensuring deliverables as per the plan and resource alignment for UAT and their sign-off, post deployment support, periodic reviews and updations. Own to resolve the dependencies & risks (if identified) in discussion with various partner & business teams. Act as SME for Provisioning and DSA to propose right solution Act as a subject Matter expert leveraging the understating of Provisioning, HLR interfaces, OSS/BSS Applications, Network Call Scenarios to work closely with Solutioning and Development teams and provide inputs on high level and low level designs to convert Business requirements and workflows to Functional and Technical Flows used for Business workflow developments. Create a map gap of the requirements versus functionalities delivered and ones which are non-feasible. Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience 15+ Years of experience in Telecom domain across OSS and BSS with demonstrated success in Program Management, Solutioning of large Scale Business and Technology transformation/Advancement programs. Knowledge of incorporating various SDLC methodologies like Agile (Scrum Master), Waterfall. Areas of expertise include Nokia Mediation Provisioning Platform(Flow One) used for Subscriber and Service Provisioning, Dynamic SIM Allocation Platform for SIM Profile Creation and Modification on the fly using APDU, SIM Structure/components as per 3GPP Specs which are niche market skills and complex product workflows.10+ years of rich experience in this domain. Working knowledge of Nokia Instantlink (IL) Product, provisioning workflow logics and Pyro\'s Dynamic SIM Platform Strong Understanding of Nokia One NDS HLR interfaces towards Provisioning Layer including SPML commands and its parameters mapped to business use cases Understanding of Retail & enterprise customer lifecycle management as well as provisioning workflows, Service Orchestration Rules on BSS Side. Proven Success in leading and driving the Partner teams to deliver business solutions Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills Strong Stakeholder Management skills Must have technical / professional qualifications BE/B Tech - Telecommunication, Computer, IT specialization Knowledge of Service modelling, deployment architectures Trained in Six sigma & Project Management Hardware Infrastructure, Software languages, BSS COTS Products, Database & Operational models & IT/Technology security practices understanding Communication skills Experience with Agile methodologies and effective Project Management skill (certifications such as PMP, Agile, preferred) Years of Experience At least 15 years of experience with telecom industry in planning, solution and delivery/program management functions for Provisioning and SIM Management areas.
