r customer requirement including ensuring plant upkeep, Maintaining harmonious industrial relations and enduring compliance with quality safety regulatory requirements Liaisoning with Government agencies like Factory Inspector, Pollution Control Board, Electricity Board, Labour commissioner for Approvals for smooth operation of the Company Responsible for complete plant operation , sale , ensure plant functioning with its full capacity and minimum shut down / breakdown/Production & Maintaining labour handling work/Analysis of running cost during operation/Conducting meetings to review performance of plant/Handle Processing Packing
