Global SWX Marketing Operations Stellantis has created a new software organization in its journey to become a tech mobility company. This role will require alignment cross functional to accelerate change management transition from manual auto to digital tech focused company. Partnership with Legal, PR, CSMO, Business teams will be critical. Job Responsibilities include: Ensure Global Marketing team is represented and leads for SWX across internal and external facing operational focused initiatives to help meet our goals Manage cross functionality with a team of 2 ensuring SWX Business and Global Marketing KPIS (SAC, CHURN, ARPU) are met or exceeded Serve as POC for growing Fleet/Mobilisights and compliance to Legal Privacy initiatives Lead all global marketing requests for consumer insights, subscription surveys, competitive benchmarking and Gartner Agency work Lead regional media/demo days each quarter to align with the brands, CSMO and PR. Requirements Basic Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Information Technology, or other directly related field 12 years of overall experience Strong business acumen and proficiency in data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting Results-oriented and self-motivated, with an ability to manage multiple priorities and lead cross-functional teams Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, in order to express technical and nontechnical concepts clearly and concisely Project management experience Self-driving high-performer with the ability to manage an extended diverse team Focus on building partnerships with the brand to help foster strong output for the SWX connectivity targets Demonstrates desire to collaborate on delivering new digital / tech focused strategy for the SWX organization on a global level Ability to work in ambiguous circumstances to solution set.
