Job Purpose This role will lead a team a highly skilled outsourced team that delivers content and omnichannel and transformation across 70+ emerging markets - bringing together a cohesive team with existing GSK products and tech to delivers next generation content and omnichannel capabilities across our emerging markets. Key Responsibilities Change Management in Emerging Markets: Re-engineer and run a new and improved EM content and marketing operations to be able to drive change and deliver business impact for 70+ EM markets enabled by a thorough need gap analysis and bridging the gaps at the level of people / process and technology by setting up in - market, nearshore and offshore teams responsible to deliver high quality omnichannel, content creation, analytics and digital marketing capabilities to LOCs Working with a global vendor to deliver GSK\'s omnichannel ambition: Keep an eye out for the outside in, identify the changing GSK omnichannel requirements set up and capability intense team for GSK (200+ associates) responsible for driving change in 70+ Emerging Markets Identifying right resources in accordance with LOC needs by conducting multiple round of interviews, aligning with GSK LOCs, formulating and implementing a transition plan, risk / mitigation plan, setting up KPIs, SLAs and most importantly, an achievable vision. An evolution strategy and plan: pulling together outside in best practices to evolve the operation model to meet the changing environment in the Pharma Marketing landscape and to enable the team to become a competitive advantage for GSK to deliver speed to market, data driven marketing and overall efficiency in the overall operations. Capability building: Identifying right resourcing requirements for fully resourced, hybrid and digital only brands fill in the current capability gaps in GSK through external team. Global Delivery: Responsible for delivering of omnichannel data driven customer experience, content creation, data analytics, omnichannel orchestration and digital marketing capabilities across CEP and Emerging Markets (EM) co-build omnichannel delivery teams with individual Emerging Markets for delivering new-age marketing campaigns. Budget Management: Robust budget Management, ensuring operational excellence / efficiencies to deliver value to GSK, Ensuring DC operations are carried out in an appropriate, cost-effective way. Governance and compliance: Deliver change management in Emerging markets and the vision of new and evolved Design Center (DC). Responsible for the effective and successful management of productivity, quality and KPIs, capability building across EM LOCs and governing all of this through regular scheduled reviews. Facilitating and tracking progress of the various strategic priorities and proactively manage risks and issues within and across GSK and vendor teams. Ensure that DC associates act in compliance with GSK\'s policies and applicable laws. Stakeholder Management and Collaboration with procurement, finance, legal, compliance, Global Cx and Data, Tech, CEP, EM Ops, EM LOCs and vendor\'s LT across all the levels of hierarchy.
