The Impact

S&P Global Sustainable1 Marketing Operations Specialists work to help produce tailored engagement programs that equip market participants to maximize their contribution to the transition to a low carbon, sustainable and equitable future. The role will work under the direction of the Marketing Operations & Automation Manager, and in partnership with the demand generation marketing team, commercial partners and marketing colleagues from across S&P Global business divisions, to assist in the development and implementation of various engagement programs to educate clients & prospects, drive lead generation, and align with the larger ESG business strategy.

Responsibilities:

Build and configure events and marketing programs using Sustainable1\'s marketing/event technology stack (Cvent, Conference IO, On24, Airtable, Marketo, etc.)

Manage the Sustainable1 events tracking system to ensure event summaries, logistics and metrics are documented and up to date

Compile and produce event/marketing metrics and reports from across multiple platforms

Analyze event/marketing technology, process and workflow to identify optimization and enhancement opportunities

What We\'re Looking For:

The ideal candidate will have experience building and configuring marketing/event programs across a wide range of tools and platforms. Ability to pick up on new technologies and tackle challenges quickly is a must. As the candidate will work with a global team, we\'re looking for a strong communicator who is comfortable working virtually.

Qualifications:

1-3 years of relevant marketing and/or operations experience

Demonstrated experience in tracking and managing expenses for a team

Advanced expertise with the following event & marketing tools/platforms: Cvent, On24 and Airtable

Practical knowledge with the following event & marketing tools/platforms: Conference IO, Marketo and Salesforce

Capacity to troubleshoot operational issues and provide recommendations to streamline and optimize operational processes and workflow

Ability to work in a fast-paced and changeable environment

Ability to collaborate with a global team as well as others beyond one\'s reporting line

Detail-oriented and highly organized

Self-sufficient and initiative

Analytical mind-set

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications:

Advanced experience with On24 (platform configuration and producing/running webinars)

Intermediate experience using Marketo Engage marketing automation software (building programs, smart campaigns, etc.)

Familiarity with S&P Global\'s lineup of Sustainability products and solutions

Exposure to Salesforce and/or other lead generation, marketing automation and CRM software and systems
