ROLE PURPOSE This position is part of the P2P Global Process Owner team within the Sanofi Business Services (SBS) organization, reporting to the Head of BPO transformation and the Global P2P project team. The purpose of the Global P2P Continuous Improvement and Project Manager is to take full responsibility and ownership of the management of selected Global P2P process improvement initiatives and selected global P2P projects. These initiatives and projects have the aim to drive Global P2P process transformation as well a Core model standardization, including implementation of Global P2P tools and systems towards at least peer group benchmark in terms of efficiency (P&L, Headcount) and business / user experience. This includes continuous improvements and next generation developments in the P2P end-to-end process across the business units. About Growing with us In this role you will take on: Global Accountability on continuous improvements and projects Develop project plan at the right level, identifying sequence of activities, durations, milestones, etc. Drive progress of the plan and track action items and interdependencies to deliver on time. Prioritize, challenge, and resolves issues Monitor progress of project for business value, document lessons learned and best practices, closeout project summarizing achievements & improvements Change Control - ability to assess changes and impacts to cost, schedule, and quality and recommend course of action Manage local stakeholders impacts by applying knowledge of change management fundamentals Identify and align stakeholders. Build/develop relationships within ITS teams or other involved functions Effectively plan for, secure and manage internal and external resources. Forecasting costs and benefits and securing funds and contracts Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to Procurement, Finance, Treasury, Internal Controls Leadership Develop, drive, and lead various P2P continuous improvement initiatives and P2P projects in collaboration with the relevant Sanofi stakeholders and P2P regions Develop project charters and plans, requirements, status and delivery reporting, and resource management considering the global standards for project execution and reporting Lead cross functional teams at the global and regional level. Provide direction, guidance, and oversight of project team resources Plan and lead a Project Risk Assessment Compliance, Innovation and strategic planning: In collaboration with the respective P2P GPL, ensure compliance through understanding of legal, regulatory, quality, and control constraints Implement initiatives dealing with innovative technologies, rapid pace of change, with required anticipation on organization impacts and new operating models Involvement and support of the respective GPL in strategic planning, agile resourcing, and value realization across the portfolio About you Account payable and Vendor master data skills Procurement experience with accounting skills would also be considered It would be nice to have demonstrated track record of successful process improvement in the P2P area or related area with strong focus on P2P systems and solutioning. Leadership & collaboration skills: Ability to lead and guide people to work towards a common set of goals on global and regional level without having formal leadership responsibility. Demonstrated transversal mindset and ability to work across processes, geographies, languages, cultures, business maturity levels Establishes priorities and timelines to effectively manage workload of self and others. Able to multi-task exceptionally well. Skilled at working effectively and professionally with all business stakeholders at a regional level and globally.
