As a people leader you will be responsible for guiding and nurturing the professional growth of your team members across the globe. Your role involves setting clear expectations, providing regular performance feedback, creating opportunities for skill development, and fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and excellence in network operations. Develop and maintain business partnerships and regional relationships. You are responsible for supervising our vendors\' operations and managing contract-related tasks to guarantee the highest standard of service provision. Establish and oversee Service Target Reporting, dashboards, metrics, and OLAs with IT and business units. Manage ITIL-compliant support processes, promote process enhancement, and ensure global process documentation accuracy. Ensure that our database of site, circuit and assets is managed and maintained with an emphasis on accurate data with timely updates. Schedule team coverage across all time zones and sites to ensure follow-the-sun and on-call support provision is maintained. Streamline on-call and escalation procedures to meet Service Targets. Handle daily operational relationships with technical vendors including managed services and contracts. Facilitate risk management activities. Contribute to Service Design activities. Assess design documents for operational viability. Ensure smooth transition of new services and solutions into operations. Required Skillset\'s 6+ years\' experience leading a network support teams or 8+ years leading technical infrastructure teams . A technical background, with a particular emphasis on networking, demonstrating a solid understanding of networking principles and practices. Additionally, you are knowledgeable in broader IT infrastructure areas, including cloud services and cyber security. Proven leadership experience of globally dispersed technical teams. Outstanding communication skills, with a talent for making complex subjects comprehensible. Excellent experience with incident management methodologies and tools, along with a thorough understanding of high-level troubleshooting processes. Tenacious commitment to ongoing service improvement. Proficient in managing contracts and overseeing vendor relationships. Capable of managing stakeholders up to the CIO level. Strong ability to build and manage relationships at all levels of the organization. Adept at process definition and documentation. Knowledgeable in Cisco, Meraki, and Palo Alto network equipment. Solid grasp of ITIL principles. The successful candidate will be expected to demonstrate flexibility in their work schedule to accommodate meetings with stakeholders, partners, vendors and team members across various time zones. This will necessitate availability during early mornings or late evenings/night to ensure effective collaboration and communication with global counterparts. Qualifications B.Tech/B.E/M.tech Cetifications: Cisco, Meraki, and Palo Alto network equipment. Solid grasp of ITIL principles.
